These equipment can be offered with ASME 'U' & 'S' Stamps for Design and Manufacture and with National Board 'R' Stamp for Repair & Alteration. Dolphin provides to the various clients in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, and Food Processing & Refining Industries. Fabrication facilities include CNC drilling (for Header Drilling), Orbital Welding Machine (for Tube to Header Welding) & Microprocessor based Telescopic Expansion Machine (for Tube to Header Expansion) in addition to the regular machines like Plate Bending, TIG / ARC Welding, Grinding, Plasma Cutting etc. A full range of vertical and horizontally mounted heat exchangers

i) Air Cooled Heat Exchanger

Dolphin carries out Mechanical and Thermal Design, detailed fabrication drawings of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers as per ASME Sec.VIII Div I and TEMA. Dolphin is equipped with a range of engineering softwares, which allow it to carry out complex design for various operating conditions and come up with most optimum solutions. Air cooled heat exchangers are used in industries ranging from Chemical Plants and Paper Mills to Oil Refineries and offshore platforms

All the manufacturing is done as per the TEMA code (Class R,C,B) or ASME Sec. VIII Div.1, BS, DIN Standards. Our Aircoolers are fitted and can be supplied with various types of Finned Tubes like 'L', 'G', 'KL', Low Finned (Integron), Crimped and Bimetallic Extruded etc. depending on service & operating parameters. All Heat Exchangers can be manufactured in various materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel Alloy, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, Duplex Steel, Brass and Cupro-Nickel.

ii) Shell &Tube Heat Exchanger

As with the case of the Air cooled Exchangers Dolphin carries out Mechanical and Thermal Design, as per ASME Sec.VIII Div I&II and TEMA. Dolphin is equipped with a sound engineering team and the most skilled artisans are able to manufacture exchangers that operate under various operating conditions at the optimum efficiency. Dolphin can design, develop and manufacture a full range of vertical and horizontally mounted shell and tube heat exchangers. Shell and Tube exchangers are used in various industries ranging from Chemical Plants and Paper Mills to Oil Refineries and offshore platforms. Customer’s specific thermal, mechanical and dimensional requirements are met with capacity of up to 400 bar g pressure and temperature of up to 1000ºC supplied with full certification. As per TEMA (Class R, C, B) ASME Sec. VIII Div.1, BS, DIN Standards.

iii) Plate Heat Exchanger

Dolphin can Design and Manufacture a wide variety of Plate Heat Exchangers to satisfy a wide range of applications in all a number of process industries, such as Power, Chemical, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gases, Food, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, District Heating and District Cooling.  Plate Heat Exchangers are due to their compact and modular design.

Typical materials include Stainless Steel, Titanium and Hastelloy, while other materials can be provided depending on the application.

Dolphin manufactures wide variety of plate type heat exchangers such as Brazed PHE, Gasketed PHE, Wide Gap PHE, Semi/Completely Welded PHE.

Dolphin has partnered up in collaboration with M/s. Liang Chi of Thailand for supply of Open & Closed Circuit Industrial Cooling Towers. M/s. Liang Chi is certified by CTI and is the largest Cooling Tower Company in Asia, with worldwide presence. The Dolphin-Liang Chi collaboration has proved to be very successful with major players with various process industries choosing to adopt our cooling towers as the equipment of their choice for their water cooling requirements. Dolphin can consult, design and assemble the cooling tower to suit the process requirements of any processing plant. The cooling towers can be cross flow or counter flow, with the MOC being FRP, PVC, treated timber or ACB.

Finned tubes are manufactured on the latest state of the art McElroy Mark IV Finning Machine of U.S.A. Various types of Fins like 'L', 'G' & 'KL' can be manufactured with Aluminium and Copper material. Base Tube Size ranges from 5/8" OD to 1 ¼" OD & Tube material can be selected as per application.
