All of our equipment is provided with all required permits and updated 3rd party approved certificates. Dolphin has practices a rigorous regime of inspection and maintenance of all its equipment, to maintain an "always ready" status crucial to immediate mobilization on requirement. Dolphin utilizing successfully its countless hours of experienced manpower coupled with the most advanced in machinery has provided invaluable support to its partners to undertake any challenges it envisions to conquer.

Dolphin has a fleet of over a dozen Hydrojetting machines strategically located across the United Arab Emirates and Oman with operating pressures ranging from 15,000 psi unto 40,000 psi. All the equipment is retrofitted to be operated in Hazardous Zones, and have all necessary safeguards in place. Along with our machines we research and provide the most appropriate accessories, such as nozzles and lances, for the particular application.

Dolphin is pleased to announce its capability to provide for rent and operate the External/Internal Robotic Bundle cleaners developed by Peinemann Equipment in Netherlands. The Internal and External Bundle Cleaners (IBC/OBC) are 2 parts of a system that allows for a Shell and Tube Exchangers' bundles to be cleaned with high water flow and pressure. The greatest advantage of the IBC/OBC is that is allows the operator to be enclosed within a cabin while still offering him unobstructed visibility of the bundle being cleaned, this absolutely minimizes any risk to the operator from using ultra-high pressure water used in cleaning. The IBC/OBC system is increasing in popularity as HSE is being prioritized to greater extent across the region.

Dolphin provides a range of Bundle Pullers ranging from our compact 15 Ton Bundle Puller designed for accessibility, to our largest Bundle Extractor capable of handling over 55 Ton Bundles. Dolphin provides only the most highly qualified and experienced bundle puller operators with many years of experience working in the most challenging and critical of environments. Dolphin understand and appreciate the criticality and the hazards involved when extracting large and heavy bundles, before initialing any extraction a number of engineering hours are spent in designing a safe and effective solution and anticipating any scenario that may present itself. Dolphin has a proven track record across the region as an accomplished and reliable partner for the extraction of bundles in a secure and successful manner.

Dolphin also provides a range of Tube and Stub pullers which are critical during heat exchanger retubing. Our tube pullers range from 5/8" up to 3" and can provide up to 40 ton pulling force, suitable to remove tubes regardless of fouling deposited on the tube's external surface. Dolphin not only provides the tube pullers but also the technical advisory and procedural know-how on the correct selection of the tools and operational procedures.

Dolphin maintains a fleet of Air Compressors with capacity up to 375cfm at 7bar pressure. Dolphin's compressors are all adapted to conform to the stringent Oil and Gas Hazardous Environmental Zone requirement that are required by the regions Oil and Gas installations. All of our equipment is provided with all required permits and updated 3rd party approved certificates. Dolphin can deliver a number of site power supply solutions, by providing generators from 100kVA up to 1000kVA. Dolphin can deliver, install and commission the generators to any site be it on-shore or off-shore at very swift lead times and competitive rates. Dolphin maintains its own electrical team that can provide advice and consultancy regarding the selection of the generators as well as onsite installation, repair and commissioning of the equipment.

Dolphin newest venture is its Dehumidification and In-situ chilling skids. These skids have been developed out of our clients' demands to provide a multipurpose solution to their on-site dehumidification or cooling requirements. Each dehumidification and cooling skids consists of a chiller, blower, flexi-vents, generators and control panels, the components are designed and selected by our engineering teams' on-site investigation of our clients' requirements. Dolphin specializes in providing a holistic solution, starting from the site study, engineering design, performance testing, site installation, commissioning and operation, any other associates services that our clients may desire. There is a wide range of application that the in-situ dehumidification and cooling skid may be required such as, cooling and providing ventilation to a confined space where people may be working, also to maintain the temperature and humidity in a work area. During summer in the region the temperatures in enclosed areas, in which technicians carry out servicing activities, such as tanks, pressure vessels and fractionating columns, the temperatures can exceed over 50 degrees centigrade at 100% humidity. At these conditions, the working personnel are exposed to significant heat stress which lower their productivity and poses a serious health hazards.
