Engineering: With precision and expertise, we undertook the thermal design upgrade and replacement of these critical exchangers. Our team crafted 2 sets of stacked shell & tube heat exchangers, engineered to exceed industry standards.
Crafted to Perfection: Manufactured in compliance with API 660 and TEMA Class “R” and “U” Code Stamped in line with ASME Section VIII Div. 1. Every detail, every weld, reflects our commitment to quality.
Innovative Design: these exchangers featured TEMA type AFM. Equipped with double-sided leaf sealing arrangement for longitudinal baffle support which enhances functionality. By adopting this construction, we eliminated the common T-type joint found in fixed-type exchangers with longitudinal baffles which enabled us to increase the joint efficiency of the critical long seam weld, ensuring mechanical reliability.

Metallurgy: Operating in the offshore environment demands resilience! These exchangers have carbon steel construction for the shell side, paired with Cu/Ni 70/30 construction for the tube side. The tube sheets being carbon steel forged with Cu/Ni 70/30 explosion bonding, ensure longevity and performance under extreme conditions.
