Redesign of Industrial Condenser Coil

For this specific project, the design of a replacement condenser coil was carried out based on site parameters identified by the client. The existing Lube Oil Chiller was installed in the 80’s and was facing performance declination. The chiller unit would trip during peak summertime conditions. The purpose of this project was to replace the underperforming coil with a new coil to improve the equipment’s operational stability especially in peak summer conditions.
