Dolphin Group and KEZAD sign 50-year land deal

Dolphin Group signed a 50-year land lease agreement with Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD). Dolphin Cooling Systems Factory will invest USD 6.75 million in a 44,000-square-metre facility that will provide advanced design, manufacturing and industrial services for the energy industry. It is scheduled for completion by 2026 at KEZAD’s ICAD III industrial city in Abu Dhabi. during the Make it in the Emirates 2025 forum.
