About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanic to join our Oilfield Division Workshop. The ideal candidate must have in-depth technical expertise in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of hydraulic and mechanical equipment used in oilfield operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, equipment-heavy environment and can take ownership of complex machinery and tools.

Responsibilities:

• • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of oilfield mechanical and hydraulic equipment, including but not limited to:
  • Hydro jetting machines
  • Bundle pullers
  • Light & heavy-duty torquing machines
  • Rolling machines
  • Laith machines
  • Heavy-duty hydraulic drilling machines
  • Valve testing machines
  • Cryogenic testing machines
  • Service and overhaul all types of hydraulic equipment engines.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
  • Inspect and test machinery for proper functionality and performance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic faults quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure workshop tools and equipment are maintained in proper working condition.
  • Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and ordering of consumables.
  • Follow all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and company procedures during all work activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Mechanic in oilfield or industrial environments.
  • Proven experience working with a wide range of hydraulic and mechanical oilfield tools.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, engines, and high-pressure machinery.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Gulf countries or major oilfield services companies.
  • Certifications in hydraulic systems or mechanical diagnostics (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with valve and cryogenic testing standards.
